Payables to Ledger Reconciliation drilldown displays old records.

During the process of doing the Payables to Ledger Reconciliation you have the option to drill down to the payable amounts by account. Then from there you can drill down to the detailed transactions by account. However the details displayed when you do this includes transactions from 5 years ago when we moved to Oracle Cloud. Is there something we are not doing correctly?

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Why would we want users to every month download transactions from the last 5 years? Waste of our users time as well as system resources.
