Need to restrict user access to scanned AP invoices that he has created

Our client is planning to implement IDR and wants to know how we can restrict the users to have the visibility of the invoices created by him/her in the scanned infotile of the payables screen as opposed to all the scanned invoices of the BU for which the user has the access.
