Set Resource Time zone in new Fusion Field Service

Unable to understand from where we can set different time zones for the resources in new Fusion Field Service.

In the standalone application we were able to configure the time zones for the respective resources directly from resource screen. however with the new fusion field service the time zone field for the resource is showing up as read-only. We have a business requirement which would need us to change the time zone of the certain field resources and we are not sure how to achieve it. Could you please help us to guide on where we can set the time Zone for each field technician resources with new fusion field service ?
