Description (Required):

We have a requirement where the territory includes multiple business units, all of which are interested in implementing this feature into their operations. The current request is to determine how to send multiple copies (pertaining to various business unit data) from a single email address (the front office payables group email ID) to an IDR email address.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

For example, numerous countries within the African territory (approximately 16) have adopted Oracle Fusion SaaS. These countries currently utilize a single email address for all payables-related communications. They intend to use this same email address for their IDR process to generate AP Invoices.
