How expired functionality will work in oracle fusion payables approval notification?

Hi,

we have enabled reminders and escalations at invoice approvals, after user received the reminders and escalation notifications the invoice is getting expired, how this expired functionality will work?

Do you have any idea how expired logic will work and in how many minutes or seconds it will get expired, is there any functionality behind that?
