Can we have additional Details on the View Plan Details sidebar?

Summary:

The requirement is to have additional org wide goals visible to the employee, just not as a Goal itself. Can we have additional details on the view plan details sidebar on the Performance Tab of the Goals Center page, or is there any other way we can have information stored on this page such as an attachment etc. Any thoughts will help.
