Inventory tracking when unused or in custom status

Summary:

Hi All,

We have the below two client requirements:

Q1. First is to send a notification to the resource if inventory is unused (which means it is in the resource pool) for more than 5 days 

Q2.Second is to send a notification to the resource if the inventory is in a certain custom status for more than 5 days

We tried to build a message scenario for the same but did not find a suitable launch condition that fulfills the requirement, the available inventory launch conditions are when inventory is installed, deinstalled and so on, but no condition checks whether the inventory is in resource pool.
