Oracle Fusion BI Publisher - RTF - Generate Multisheet Report Excel Output

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where we need to generate an excel output with 3 tabs in the output file.
Sheet1 name: Static value as "Parameter" and it has to display parameters
Sheet2 name: Static value "Customer" and it has to display feilds
Sheet3 name: Dynamic value+static value name example: "Week 20251 - 202512"
where "Week" is static value
20251 -- 2025 is year and 1 is week number
202512-- 2025 is year and 12 is week number

Please let me know how to acheive this using RTF template we cannot use excel template for this requirement as for the sheet 3 we have records more than 65k which will split in to the next sheet if we use excel template
