Visible resource will not show hierarchy in Dispatch Console

Summary:

Dear All,

"There is a requirement to add a group along with its members to the visible resources. However, once we see dispatch console, the hierarchical structure is lost and the data is displayed in a flat list format.

Could you please suggest a solution to retain the group hierarchy in the dispatch console?"
