Create new contract after deleting the old one in negotiation

Summary:

Dears,

I created a negotiation containing 2 items and awarded each item to a different supplier.

Then i created contract for each awarding, after that i need to change the awarding so i deleted the contracts to create new contract for only one supplier but i cant do that.
