When a previous Goal is copied, what information should copy to the new goal?

We have been testing the Copy Goal function, and have been able to copy goals from previous periods, but the copied goal does not seem to be correct.

For example, if the previous goal was Complete, then the copied goal appears in the new period as Completed, but the progress bar is at 0%. Shouldn't the progress bar and the status match? Either the new goal should have a status of Not Started (as it does in responsive), or the Progress bar should be on 100%

Also, the weight of the Previous Goal does not copy over - should it?
