Skills and Qualification - Removed from Person Spotlight

Hi Team,

We’ve observed that the Skills & Qualifications tab has been removed from the Person Spotlight.

  1. We would like to understand the reason behind its removal.
  2. Will Oracle be reinstating this tab?
  3. Additionally, is there any plan to retire thePerson Spotlight entirely in the Redwood experience? If so, what will be the replacement for key features such as Person Spotlight for employees, managers, and HR — especially those that previously housed important tabs like Skills & Qualifications, Performance, etc.?

We find the Person Spotlight extremely useful as a one-stop location for employee data, so any clarification or updates would be greatly appreciated.
