browser and submit issues when redirecting from form

Summary:

Some people in my client organization are facing issues after submitting a form. Either being a regular form on an Eloqua landing page or a Blind Form in an Eloqua email. Client did the B&D workbook implementation. In some cases it is the redirect page, in some cases it is multiple form submits.

After submitting the form(s) a contact should end up on an Eloqua page. In case of the Blind Form on the second part of the form and in case of the regular form on a thank you page. However, this is not happening. The data submitted is actually processed, so it is basically after the submit and before loading the page.
