subject area for learning item in Development Plan

Hi all,

I am trying to retrieve the subject area for a specific section of Development Plan.

So far I have retrieved all table info related to "Basic info" and "Tasks" (see above) but I am still missing the ones related to "Learning" section.

The subject areas used so far for "Basic info" = "Career Development workforce structure - Development goal - Real time";

for "Tasks" = " Workforce structure goal - goal tasks - real time"

How and where to fetch "Learning" subject area?
