Making organization field mandatory under Create requisition

I’ve recently started working hands-on with customizing Redwood pages. While creating a requisition, we noticed that the Organization field is not showing as mandatory. We would like to make this field required.

While attempting to configure this, I’m unsure about what values need to be filled in the set page properties.
