Create Requisition redwood - Advance next step is not working

Hello, I am having trouble with Advancing target on the Create Requisition - Redwood pages. Looks like the "Continue" button at the bottom is same while the body of the form changes, the OGL control is stuck on the "Continue" button even though we have setup "advance when user clicks the element". For example in the below screen shot, we want to advance to next step when the user clicks "Continue" button at the bottom, but we are not able advance to next step like it does in the other classic pages. Any guidance or other options to do that:
