New item created is not working with account rule cretaion

Hello everyone,

I have created a new item and tried using it in AR invoices, and it is working as expected.
However, when I tried to create a new account rule for the AR invoice revenue GL account using the newly created item number, the rule is somehow not working.
When I test the same rule with an existing item, it works fine, but with the new item, it fails.
Is there any process I need to run to sync the items with the financial modules, or am I missing any steps required to use the new item number in the account rule?
