How to edit Order Management Infolets

Before, the "Orders past due" shows orders that had not been shipped.

However, it is now showing reworks, drafts, as well as orders that have already been shipped which is not the expected results by the business. Is there a way for us to check if there were changes made to infolet?

In the sandbox, we are trying to edit the component. However, it is greyed out. We have already enabled the FND_PAGE_COMPOSER_SOURCE_VIEW. Still, unable to edit component.

Also, how do we know if the infolet is seeded?
