Manage Order Orchestration Messages
Summary:
Hi,
We were using SOAP and FBDI to import Sales Orders. Some time when SO import was failing due to non existing item number or missing pricing or some issue with customer details we could see error message and monitor in "Manage Order Orchestration Messages" using "Order Transformation" Function
However now when starting to use REST API for SO import I cannot see error messages anymore! Is this standard behavior?
If so, how can we monitor SO's which failed to import via UI? So for end users and no need to query via SQL in backend tables…
