Summary: Add one child COA value in two parents of the same Hierarchy

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We are moving from EBS to Fusion. In EBS we were able to add one COA child under two parents of same hierarchy. But in Fusion we were not able to do since when we publish hierarchy application throws Error.

Please suggest the workaround or how to handle this scenario in Fusion?
