From and To Date on Performance Ratings in Talent profile

Summary:

I need the 'From Date' on my Performance Ratings section in Talent profile to be the performance document period for example: If I am submitting a performance document for the period 1-Jan-2025 to 31-Dec-2025, the from and to date should depict accordingly.

Currently it just shows the sysdate on which document is submitted. Is there any way this could be addressed as it cause confusions for my client.
