Summary:

We're exploring the exciting possibility of enabling the AI package and have a few questions before we make a decision. If we choose to implement either Generative Content AI, Classic AI, or both, is it possible to revert and disable them later if we find they don't meet our needs?

Additionally, can we manage access to these features at a security group level?

We're also curious about the type of data that Eloqua stores for the AI components. Our AI Governance body is reviewing this capability, and these questions are just the beginning of our inquiry.
