Retrieve disbursement Acknowledgement not sending emails with ACK Errors for L1 (Transaction Level)

Summary:

We are testing the ISO20022 Disbursement acknowledgement and below are our questions: For L0 (File Level) failure, we received email with ACK errors But for L1 (Transaction Level) Failure we are not receiving email with ACK errors, any idea why we are not receiving emails for L1 failures. Did we miss anything. We have enabled the Email option in Payment System setup. The payment has been voided and invoice has been kept on hold but email is not being sent with ACK Error details. Please help as we need to demo this feature to the customer ASAP.
