Does One-Time Payment Use the Remit-To Account in Oracle Fusion?

Hi all,

When processing a One-Time Payment in Oracle Fusion Payables, does the system automatically pick up the Remit-To account during the payment process?

I'm trying to confirm whether the remit-to account setup is considered for one-time payments, or if there's a different mechanism in place since it's not linked to a regular supplier site.
