Unable to Fetch Custom LOV Values via REST API Without SR Context

Summary:

We need to fetch values of a Custom LOV (e.g., LOVVA_For_Product_c) created on the Service Request object for use in the DCS SR creation page.

Currently, the LOV values are accessible only through a specific SR ID, which is not available during SR creation.

Is there a REST API to retrieve custom LOV values independently, similar to standard LOVs like serviceChannelTypesLOV?
