is it possible to copy Accounting & Reporting sequences for Journals Conversion(Cloud to Cloud)

The requirement is to copy existing Accounting and Reporting sequences from journals from old instance (oracle cloud itself ) to the new cloud instance. Want to know if this is possible through Conversion , has anyone acheived this before?
