I can't access to my account
(I'm following on-line chat instructions)

I go to
, and if I select EMEA Commercial 1 (em1), I get a message saying:
"That name didn’t work, want to try again?"
I have the same issue no matter which region I select.
Additionally, if I use the "Forgot your cloud account name? Get help" link, which points to https://myaccount.cloud.oracle.com/mycloud/faces/getinfo.jspx, I get a "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" error.
When I try to verify the domain, I find that it doesn’t exist (? ? ?)
My data center is in Frankfurt, Germany.
What am I doing wrong? Any ideas on what I can do?
