Incorrect current task in Performance document

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue for an user in Performance document, where the current task shows two different task name as Self evaluation is In progress and manager Evaluation is Ready, but both the users couldn't access the evaluation page. Even move task back or forward option doesn't work here.

Any thoughts on how to rectify this issue?
