Dynamically updating Lookup table in Eloqua

Hello everyone,

I am trying to build a setup in Eloqua to dynamically update LookUp table. There's a process mentioned in the post : 'https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/comment/1392901' which is an amazing setup configured to automate the process of updating LookUp table . However, the native integration is used to create data source with External call. As, native integration is now discontinued by Oracle in 2019, I am not sure if we can do the same setup via Apps.

If there's any documentation or information I can get on how to configure the Data source with External call in Apps/ or an alternative procedure, that would be really helpful.
