Form Submit Action - double submission in a campaign

Hello! ;)

On June 24, 2025 one of our Eloqua users spotted that the contacts who entered the "form submit action" step in the campaign canvas submitted the form twice. I have checked the form and I do not see any reason for that. Have anyone experienced something like this before? Any general issues with the submit form action in the last days ?
