Summary:

When using the Eloqua Bulk API, is it not possible to use orderBy in the final data retrieval step like the example below?
https://secure.p03.eloqua.com/api/bulk/2.0/syncs/00000/data?orderBy=id ASC

And

What is the maximum historical range of data that can be retrieved using the BULK API?
