Redwood Absence - Inactive assignments showing up under "Business Title"

Summary:

When an employee is adding an absence, they are seeing inactive assignments under the LOV for Business title. Though the system is throwing an error when the employee selecting inactive assignments, the expectation is not to display inactive assignments for right user experience. This is a problem when the employee has multiple assignments in the past.
