GOP Need to Pick up Manufacturing Warehouse based on the Capacity of the warehouse

Summary:

In our business case, we have Configure items and creating SO for those CTO item in back it will create B2B Work Order. Now we want the GOP setup to default the warehouse in the SO based on the capacity of the warehouse which will fulfill the SO as earliest. In ATP rule, we have enabled Search Components and Research Option, But it's not working as expected. Anyone can help us how can we derive the warehouse for SO using GOP setup based on the warehouse capacity.
