Customization using visual builder prior to 25B update got overridden after the update

Summary: I created a visual builder project prior to 25B in our test environment where I made bunch of changes to the fields based on our needs. It got published fine and it was working as expected now after 25B update I don't see those customization in TEST. For example we hid the new supplier checkbox, project costing on edit req header details, etc. Any reason why?
