Eloqua Insights Account Activity Subject Area

I am trying to filter Account Activity metrics in Eloqua Insight, using some of the Account data in Eloqua. It seems this is not available in the Subject Area in Insight, so I thought I could use the Segment option. However, it seems this does not sync to Insight unless associated with a campaign. Can anyone advise a solution? Thanks.
