Auto Pick Confirm as per Over Pick Tolerance Qty and with Prior Reservation

Hello Experts

As per a business scenario, we are performing reservation more than demand qty (Considering Over shipment tolerance). We are also creating Shipment Number on Shipment line.

when I am doing Pick release based on Shipment Number then it is NOT doing over picking as per reservation qty.

I am using Pick Release Rule with Auto Pick Confirm and with Prior reservation allowed.

Please suggest how we can achieve this.
