Redwood Receipts - create receipts on behalf of others

Summary:

Hi,

In Classic version, we had some super users who could create receipts on behalf of others even if they are not the Preparer, Requester or Approver.
This was done by creating a custom job role and assigning - Create Self-Service All Requisition Receiving Receipt privilege.
What would be the equivalent in Redwood. Could you please let me know
