Error in Inventory Redwood UI misc transaction when item cost is set to No.

Summary: We’re experiencing an issue in Oracle Fusion Inventory Management (Redwood UI) when performing Miscellaneous Transactions for items where the "Current Item Cost" is set to No.

The transaction fails with the error:

"The transaction couldn't be completed because the value for the transaction cost identifier in the inventory transaction worksheet wasn't found in the costing worksheet."

This behavior differs from the Classic UI, where the same setup allowed the transaction to complete successfully. All item and costing configurations (cost book, inventory org, etc.) are in place.

Has anyone encountered this behavior in Redwood? Is there a configuration or functional change in Redwood that affects how item cost is handled in miscellaneous transactions?
