How to create journal approval multiple rules in BPM workflow in Fusion

Hi Team,

I am creating an approval rule in the BPM Workflow. The client’s requirement is as follows:

• If user XYZ creates journals manually or via spreadsheet upload, the journal should be routed for approval.
• For all other users or associates, journals created manually or via spreadsheet should not trigger approval and should be allowed to post directly without approval.
  

I have tried with below IF condition but unable to achieve, it is going for approval,

can you please help me how can we achieve on this.
