RMA Order Line Stuck in "Awaiting Receiving" – Manual Send Receipt Confirmation Required
Summary:
We are facing an issue with RMA (Return Material Authorization) orders in Oracle. After the RMA is processed and the shipment is received, the order line status remains stuck in "Awaiting Receiving".
To complete the process and move the order forward, we have to manually run the "Send Receipt Confirmation" program for each RMA order. This is not efficient and seems unusual, as we expected this step to be handled automatically.
