Add an Object Note to a Succession Plan - VBS Options

Summary:

In moving to Redwood, I am looking to replicate our current state Succession Plans setup, that has Candidate Pool based and Plan based Object notes. The Oracle documentation says to use Page composer on the responsive page. However - I need to add via VBS. I don't see any options to do so in VBS currently. Does anyone have experience in adding contextual notes in Redwood Succession Plans? For bonus points - does anyone know where to report on those object based notes?
