Error RCS-3360156 when saving UOM Class on Redwood “Manage Unit of Measure Classes” page

Hi everyone,

I hope you’re doing well.

I’m encountering an error on the new Redwood Manage Unit of Measure Classes page in Oracle Cloud. When I try to create a UOM Class (see screenshot), I get:

“You must enter a different code. There’s already a unit of measure with that code. (RCS-3360156)”

This doesn’t make sense because I searched and confirmed that no UOM Class exists with my codes:

  • Class Code: COMPRIMENT
  • Base UOM Code: MT

Could anyone advise why Oracle Cloud thinks the code already exists, and how I can successfully create a new UOM Class?
