employee and line manager unable to view talent rating

Hello,

Both employee and line managers are unable to view the talent ratings of the employee. For employee : me > talent rating , for line manager : my team > talent rating, both the pages appears blank and nothing pops up. Attached doc with the screenshot of both the view .
