How to create or edit strategy template? We want to disable a strategy task and create a new one

Summary:

Client has requested us to change strategy for dunning process, for that we have found that we must disable the current strategy task and create a new one. But when we try to do so we get the following error:

You can't disable a task that's currently included in a strategy. (IEX-615123)
Cause The strategy task has been referenced by strategy template.
Action Remove all the references in the strategy template before disabling.

Unable to find strategy template in the system, requesting guidance for the same.
