Can the user have access to ERP Self Service cloud and view invoice in approval workbench

How can a ERP Self service user view invoice while performing approval for AP invoice.

I have granted user with access to Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning for Self Service Cloud. With this access, user is able to login and approve the invoices. However, with this self service access, user is not able to perform 'View Invoice' from approval workflow and also on email notification. This is limiting user's functionality to view invoices and attachments while approving the invoice.

How a user can have a complete view access for the invoice with Self service ERP role, without having core ERP modules access.
