Does Eloqua support integration with Instagram and Twitter,either natively/via custom API solution?

Hi Team,

I would like to confirm whether Instagram and Twitter integrations can be implemented in Eloqua. I understand that there are no standard adapters available in the Eloqua AppCloud Marketplace for these platforms, unlike Facebook and LinkedIn Lead Ads. Additionally, in cases where such connectors are available, they typically involve third-party applications and are likely not free.

That said, if APIs are available from Instagram and Twitter, can we consume those APIs and build a custom integration with Eloqua?

Kindly confirm if this approach is feasible. If yes, I would appreciate it if you could outline the high-level steps
