Talent Profile Search doesn't show the whole population (Redwood)

Hello,

We are trying to test if the Talent Profile Search app is working correctly, as it will be the new path to Skills And Qualifications after the Redwood transition.
For some reason, the search does not provide any results for some workers or it provides relevant results with the same name or last name but not the ones we are looking for. It seems to be an issue that I am unable to understand.

FYI, we have already configured the Oracle Search, Oracle Global Search, the HRT_PROFILE_ORACLE_SEARCH_ENABLED is created and enabled and the following:

1.1. ORA_FND_SEARCH_EXT_ENABLED
