PO Redwood Search inconsistent results

We are having an issue with our Redwood Purchase Order search in the scheduled tabs where we are getting results that are inconsistent with what we are searching.

The Item description is not available in the filter and hence search result  have Fuzzy Matching: Searches match words with similar spelling.

Is anyone else having this issue with this and have found a work around?
