Make the performance ratings editable in the overall summary section via All In One Evaluation page

We are on Redwood and have our Performance documents set so that managers provide a Rating for the Overall Summary section. Is there a way to make this rating section available to edit directly from the All In One Evaluation page? Or do they have to click on the employee from this page then route to the Performance document?

We can see ratings that were already assigned and the Performance Rating options descriptions, and add comments from this page but not an option to edit or populate the rating for those who have not yet been rated.

I found this other thread that is marked closed due to 'current capability' but unable to find any guidance. I've checked VBS and dont see an option there either. Any guidance would be appreciated.
