Unable to view inactive absence plans upon termination for Redwood Absence page

Summary:

We are unable to view absence plans after an employee is terminated after switching to the Redwood Absence and Entitlements page. In Classic UI, we can change the view to see Inactive or All plans, and it will display the inactive plans on a terminated employee. However, after moving to Redwood, if a terminated employee is searched and the plans are changed to Inactive, nothing displays.

You can change the effective date when searching for an employee and if it's while they are active, then the end date of the plan does show, however we should still be able to search on terminated employees and view inactive plans.
